In 2023 I had the pleasure of staying at Circle K Campground for a week or two. I found it truly by accident, this year I decided to stay monthly. #1 great size campsites, wooded, private, and clean #2 Cute shop and pool area which is clean #3 Great Owners and staff who make you feel at home, Ed and Colleen, Katie, the office crew lift your spirits #4 Alot of Seasonal campers so it is very quiet weekly, busier on weekends #5 Community camping spirit present with many activities like Christmas in July, Game nites, Raffles, Sandcastle contests, playgrounds for kids, trails to walk, fishing and swimming ponds#6 Pet friendly, helpful attitudes. I recently lost my youngest son and they offered moral support. #7 Reasonable rates for Monthly and seasonal campers compared to other places for what size campsite you get #8 Location, location, location. it's close to Waukesha County and 15 minutes to Whitewater! Thanks Circle K Campground Crew for all you do! Kim Kubena
We spent the entire summer last year at Circle K. Regrettably, we didn't get to go much at all this year and decided to bring our camper home, but this place is the best in my opinion. The seasonal guests are all extremely friendly, as are the staff. The owners are exceptionally nice and helpful. As newbies to the camper lifestyle, Ed helped us almost every day and gave us tips and tricks to surviving and thriving a hot summer in our little tow behind house. There are plenty of activities, good fishing on the pond, areas to walk so it is very kind friendly. Best of all, it was peaceful and relaxing. Two playgrounds, shower facility, firewood, a little store... I couldn't have asked for better and I'm going to miss it. One last plus: the price beats anywhere I've ever seen for the value and we did a TON of research before choosing Circle K. Definitely recommend!
Truly Awesome!! The tent sites were very clean, larger than expected and set aside from the seasonal campers. Out houses and shower/laundry, you could tell, were well kept and attended to! Close to reality, but yet the right amount of seclusion! We had a faddle with sitters for the dogs and younger one, so we had to go back and forth a couple times; added to the being "not that far". Everything went great and we were still able to relax and enjoy! The owners and staff were very personable and the amenities added to the great experience. We have named this our "Go To Campground" when we stay local. Can't wait for the next reservation! :)
We enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend at Circle K. Son fell in love with their pond and my daughter couldn't get enough of the pool.
Stayed with wife and almost 4 year old. Enjoyed the pool, playground, and the pond (didn't swim in pond). They also offer a bounce house, pedal bikes, those big inflatable balls you roll around inside. The facilities are nice, flushing toilets and quite clean. Lots of seasonal folks. The showers smell like sulphur, but they were clean. All the activities for kids have separate prices, but I had no problem with that. Ed (owner) is awesome. Minutes from Palmyra.
