Great trail system for mountain biking. All skill levels will find something here. Well maintained trails.
Great state park! They have added so many things to do. There’s the slash pad the littles love to run through. We like to bring some chairs and a picnic lunch. There’s a swimming area with beach. You can get lunch and ice cream there as well. It’s a great place to hold events as well. Great buildings, beautiful hiking trails, camping, golfing and a waterfall!
Absolutely love it here!! Great time with friends or family, such nice people. Camp ground bathrooms have showers, and ay grounds!! Great trails to walk and enjoy nature and so much to do just inside this park!! Totally recommend visiting!
This is a spectacular state park, from top to bottom. The cabins are worth the price. The roads around the park are in great shape. There are two lakes with very well marked loop trails. Chenango Lake allows an inflatable boat & small electric motor. The lake is super clean and little debris outside aquatic plants making the boat super fun . I have to give props to the maintenance staff at this park. The grounds and buildings were super well maintained.
Nice state park. The campground was nice and the spots spacious. The swimming in Chenango Lake area was fun, with an 11' deep end and diving board. The water wasn't particularly clear, but it was nice swimming in a lake. You can rent boats too. There are some very cool CCC structures there that are gorgeous
