This place is a dump. Nothing nice about it.

It's very quite and peaceful place with family like surrounding and grass is kept up its a lil hard to see from the road other than that I givevit 4 stars

A small RV site. Some shaded sites. Stay by the day, week, month, or year! Onsite Water, sewer, and Electric ⚡ available. Decent rates. Friendly owners.

Quiet place to live or stay when working n the area. Close to the container. I have a friend that owns a RV. He's disabled and the landlord is helpful. And friendly I recommend this if ur looking for a quiet atmosphere.

So- let's just say this is not any kind of resort. It is literally a few acres of land on which to park if you have nowhere else to go. The owner is super friendly and accommodating but I would have turned around at the entrance to the place if I had had another option. PET WARNING: There are 2 dogs that run free on the property. Owner says they are friendly- but if you are overly dog protective, like me, you don't take chances with your own dogs.... just saying.
