Macedon Caravan Park

The park is looking very drab. Badly needs repairs and general upkeep. At $40 a night pwd site, it's expensive for what you get. Amenities badly need complete reno.

We have been caravaners for 25 years and never stayed in such a disgusting place. Its a health hazard i wouldn't even wash a dog in the showers water leaking causing mould on the filthy floors and walls un usable. Laundry no longer works. Playground non existent.. sad as lovely position. The manager was very welcoming but it's to far gone for him to do anything. Should be shut down $40 a night !!!@!

We didn't stay in a room we had a caravan. Location is in beat spot for seeing all the attractions around. The service was great. The toliet block needs to be fully renovated its a bit outdated and needs some work. There is hot showers 🚿

The surrounding Macedon area is beautiful with plenty to explore. We really just needed a place to stop for the night with our own caravan, which has full amenities. We read the other reviews, while some points were true, we didn’t mind at all. We were welcomed by Smokey, a larger than life character who couldn’t have been more pleasant. The place is a run down, but the neighbours were friendly, and we had power and hot water. Perfectly fine for an overnight stay.

$20 for unpowered site ( perfect) Ground was level ( perfect) Water in shower was hot ( perfect) Great location ( perfect) Owner was cool ( awesome) That's Five stars from me " Have seen other reviews complaining shower/ toilet block was dated . Yes there older style but clean and maintained and the water was hot it's a caravan park so wasn't an issue for me * Would recommend 👍
