Friendly staff and helpful when it came to using the dump site for an RV. It was $10 to dump or no charge if I got at least $25 in fuel. It was a simple process.
I always use this gas station when passing through. Even in the middle of the night there's someone there - the doors might not be open, but the window is open which is easy to miss. They'll help you out, don't worry. I was running on empty at 3AM one time and pulled in just to take a nap before grabbing some fuel for me and my ride. Safe, not a shady area, some various commercial stuff around during business hours too if you need.
This Chevron gas station offers a great facility overall, especially for travelers passing through on CA-5. It’s well-maintained and provides more than just fuel. One of the standout features is the clean restroom, which is a big plus for anyone on a long drive. There's also plenty of parking space, so you won’t have to struggle to find a spot, even during busier hours. What sets this location apart is the seating area available for lunch—a thoughtful touch if you’re grabbing a quick bite and need a break from the road. While prices are a little on the higher side, it’s understandable given the gas station’s location outside the city and right off the freeway. The convenience and amenities make it a worthwhile stop. A solid choice for a clean, comfortable, and efficient rest stop along CA-5.
Free with $25 purchase of gas or pay $10. We traveled from Morro bay on freeway 101 back to the Bay Area. This place is on the way home so it’s great for us. The dump station is located next to car wash.
Gas works fine like a typical Chevron gas station. Pumps are a little bit older so cards need to go inside for prepaid gas. Mobile app does work here neither.
