Rose-villa Trailer Park

This place is truly a gem! They really helped me out when I needed to find a place, and got me into my home quickly. Sandy the manager is great and really helped me when I needed a quick close, and made my welcome and home the best. I love my new home and all the neighbors have been here forever, and they all are sweetest people you'll ever meet! Jason the maintenance guy around here does amazing work, and is also the most kind person. I love calling this place my new home! I recommend this place to anyone who loves a quiet comfortable spot, next to everything, and right off the highway without the noise.

I drove through this park and it's really nice. I spoke with the maintenance guy who was friendly. One of the residents came over to talk with us and she said the park was a great place to live and they really like the manager.

This is a hidden gem. It is small, quiet and clean. The residents all know each other and are some of the nicest people I have ever met. This park is like a family. The roads are going to be paved in the spring which will make this park even cuter. Also there are some homes for sale in the park a 5th Wheel, picture added, there is a park model, a couple of singlewides and a doublewide.

Stopped by this adorable RV park here in Roseville, CA. Spaces are spacious. Park is clean, quiet and walking distance to downtown Roseville. Park is convenient to the freeway. Loved the laundry room. The manager Sandy, just the sweetest, professional and so helpful.
