Great big parking lot. Two of us told the guy cleaning the parking lot about a nest of bees. I was here for the entire weekend and was here a week later and nothing has been done about them. You will deserve the law suite i know will be coming when someone gets attacked by them.
Buyer beware! Pilot return policy on electronic devices is 7 days! Their website says 30 days, but you won’t get a full refund. I walked in to return a $30 car charger, that would not work in either of my vehicles and the store manager refused to refund me. So, I called Guest Services and got the same answer. Sorry, nothing they can do about it, put the blame back on the store manager. No exceptions. So much for being a “Preferred Customer”. Ha!
great place, a lot parking space and very respectful employees 10/10. I'm happy and surprised to see the Proud Source small cans the picture in my hand Sparkling and regular water 😍. I'm surprised to find out not all Flying J & Pilot sell the same products. The picture on my left ( inside the fridge ) comes from Flying J in Utah @ 653 W 1400 N, Beaver, UT 84713, United States. Anyways, Love this place as well. 🍻😎
Went if for a shower this morning but the mobile system was down. Both my partner and I went in to get in line for a shower at the front register which we were quickly taken care of and didn't have to wait long. We were both greeted by Reggie and John and were told that they would be with us shortly as soon as they cleaned the showers for us. They even asked me if I needed an extra towel. Their customer service was top notch as we had never felt this welcome for a shower at any other truck stop. Thank you Reggie and John!!
Those of you following along with my reviews (See Albuquerque flying J) will get this review. The last $5.00 bill in all of New Mexico found the pocket of the young man cleaning showers in Barstow today. Fabulous shower and great attitude young man. You deserve a raise! Now on to the Denny's review! Erica was on her A game for sure. Very professional, definitely not her first day on the job. Fabulous interaction and communication skills. You'd be hard pressed to find a better waitress. With plenty of time on my hands I decided to put my faith in the chef. Brian is his name. I asked what his favorite dish on the menu to cook was, and the bourbon chicken skillet was on point! Added avocado and it was pure bliss! Absolute redemption from my last time here. I normally pack enough leftovers from home to keep me out of these places because I'm very hard to please. That said, I'll never hesitate to enter this Denny's again. Might even go back in for a secret meno item later.
