We really enjoyed staying for 4 nights at this Big4 Holiday Park in Busselton in a 2 bedroom cottage with a jacuzzi tub. It was very clean and the amenities provided in the cottage and at the park were excellent. The front office and maintenance staff with friendly and helpful. It is a great location- 5 minutes to a long the sandy beach and a short drive to the jetty and grocery stores.

We had a tent and a gazebo. We asked for lawn but received the site with green mat flooring, which was good. We had great shade and privacy. Maybe a bit too much privacy, as we quite like people watching and a chat here and there. Atleast the people couldn't watch us.

I was looking for a place to stay with our new dog and was thrilled to find that each chalet and campsite was pet friendly. It was so nice to stay in luxury accommodation and know that our dog was welcome as well. The beach is only a short walk away so we enjoyed spending our days swimming or strolling on the sand. There were plenty of other families camping or in caravans but I didn’t notice it was noisy at all. We will definitely be back again, it was the perfect option for us.

Having stayed here before we were really looking forward to returning, however we felt disappointed by a couple of things. The park needs some upgrades. The waterpark for kids was not working, the playground games are not working and parts of the playground needs replacing, the oven in the kitchen is ready for the skip and desperately needs replacing, in fact I would also say one oven isn't enough, the park could use two new ones. In previous years on school holidays there was kids activities each day in the communal area which was such a big hit with our family, but this year there was no activities and no explanation given as to why they were not happening. It's sad to say that we will at least look into other options for our yearly week down south next January due to the above facts. To be fair to the park, the staff are brilliant they couldn't be nicer, friendly or more helpful. The food vans were a delight on the couple of nights that they came to the park. The washing machines and dryers are amazing! Toilet and showers are in ok condition, and kept so clean by the staff. We have always loved this park's location and loved that it is smaller than some of the other parks, meaning kids are able to go off around the park but stay within sight at almost all positions. If the above problems could be fixed it would mean so much more for this park!

We enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and play area. The cabin was clean and adequate. Only 2 complaints. The pool closed too early (5pm). We only get back from a day of sightseeing etc at around that time and love to cool off and chill at the pool. Most holiday accommodation has their pool open until much later. The other complaint is, there was no safety rail on the top bunk bed. I was worried that my granddaughter would fall during the night. Other than that all good. The location was good.
