Water is available at the RV dump station located on Hwy. 59 South, about 1 mile away from Wright Patman Lake. To get there, you need to go past the Sulphur River Dam and then turn right at the lake entrance sign. Just follow the signs into the park and you will find the RV dump station.

This is our favorite camping area on Wright Patman. The park hosts are nice and the campground spots offer plenty of space between campers.
We go to piney point because of the wide boat ramp ..plenty of room to learn and usually always someone to help if need be....
Nice campground. Restrooms could use an upgrade, but were clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if nearby.
Its absolutely gorgeous out here at Piney Point Park. Right now its closed. But its still fun to walk around. Also you normally can camp out here as well. Special thanks to my cousin for taking photos💕💕💕💕
Unfortunately the high water has rendered some of the sites unusable. We still had no trouble finding a spot in late March. The sites were large and the location is very scenic. We enjoyed our stay there. Only one negative-- one shower was broken.
