Trails West RV Park

I lived here, got myself in trouble went to jail. It was a gross place but dude got fired n cliff took over n is also the owner. It's much better now, no if the residents would clean around their trailers.. fire hazard n looks yukky!! My bf lives there still...

If your in a pinch and have/need to stay some place cheap, then this is the place. But other wise try and find a different location. It's a dive. Remember you get what you pay for.

I went there to rescue a cage full of domestic rats left in a field to die. One of the tenants called to let me know about them.

This place is getting more and more dumpy all the time. They charge like as much as any where else but the lack of maintenance and care is obvious more and more all the time.

Not the best looking place, most of the current people are long term residents. Some of the longer term residents have let the areas around their RVs get dumpy looking. It is larger than I first realized and there even people camping there. Update 11/29/17. I've noticed a lot of empty spots lately. Talked to the old manager as she was packing up to move. She had quite a few scary stories to tell, I couldn't verify them but the people that are still there are not people I would want for a neighbor. She told me she was moving because they raised the rent $100 a month but nobody is taking care of anything. I personally hear a lot of yelling and loud arguing from over there and my place is a good 100 yards away. It has a reputation for being a drug Haven. I removed two stars because the good people are leaving and the place is looking worse than ever. More pics soon.
