Good to explore with your kids
It was a wonderful experience to be able to enjoy the local history.
Cute place to stop for a picnic, love the walking trails
Held my wedding shower here 2 years ago and my baby shower here last weekend. Both experiences were great. My guest loved it here, and so did I. Perfect for a smaller intimate event. During both events, I had around 30 people in total. There is no kitchen, so we planned our food around that and didn't have any issues. Rental price is extremely affordable compared to most venues here in town. Would highly recommend!
Stayed across the street at the Lions RV Park. This is a nice Interpretive Center. Plenty to see just walking around outside, but the real gem is the museum inside. Full of historic information. Well laid out and while small, it is impressive. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful with tips about the area. Plus, once she heard where our next stop was, she offered maps, travel guides and personal tips. Can’t say thank you enough. If in the area, make the time to visit.
