Gibson Hill RV Park

Best camping trip we’ve had in years! Loved the variety of activities and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Kids loved it. Highly recommend Gibson Hill to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway

The sites were spacious, bathrooms were very clean, and the pool was a highlight, i loved it so much, also loved the community vibe around the bonfire at night. could not ask for a better spot, my experience from start to finish was lit

Absolutely loved our stay! The campground has so many amenities! heated pool, fishing pond, bonfire circle, weekly entertainment and plenty of space to relax. I would definitely run it back again soon

And that’s a generous review. Website is complete false advertising. Couldn’t call the campground, customer service line couldn’t answer any of my questions and management was completely unapologetic. Advertising a heated pool that was never working this season according to the grounds keeper. He also noted “nothing for kids here” despite the website amenities. The office is not labeled and looks like a shack which was closed at 4. When we arrived I was given the wrong entry code when then a women who appeared high approached to let us in. Neither she nor the grounds keeper knew where our “premium” site was. Game room was hilarious as it had three games and a broken household stove in it. The bathroom in there were remodeled as advertised. Nothing else was accurate on the website. When I finally spoke to a supervisor he was defensive instead of acknowledging his failures. Very disappointing.

Great place to camp. U see new ownership and the manager was very friendly and helpful! Did everything he could to make us comfortable! Clean and quiet place, good for family camping. Seasonal campers were very nice as well. Will def be camping here again!
