A wonderful and very calming place, surrounded by two lakes and lush vegetation. The people in the village are incredibly kind and always ready to help with any problem you might have. I want to highlight Joey’s kindness, as well as that of his colleague who takes care of the campground every day and works really hard. Joey and his wife are truly amazing—always smiling and happy to help with anything you need. No matter where you come from, you’ll receive the same warm welcome. And thank you to Dale for trusting a group of backpackers who sometimes struggled to keep the environment as clean as it should be.

We are two Italian girls stayed in Helidon Spa Eco Village for four months. It's a great, quiet and special place. Something we were glad to call home for that period. Joey and his girlfriend were been always so kind with us and we really appreciated. Thank you for everything and see you soon :)

Big thanks to Dale and the team for having us at Helidon Spa Eco Village. Allowed us to test our new caravan model and it was a beautiful lake background to be enjoyed during our time there. Grounds seemed to be well maintained, great service and friendly people. Great to see the wildlife come for a gander also.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a little out of town however the reviews at the other caravan parks in town were no good and we are glad we picked this spot! Dale is very lovely and so is the rest of the team here. They made us and our dogs feel very welcome, we ended up extending our stay for a few more nights. Amenities are on the older side however kept very clean. Only lost a star because the camp kitchen is in the same room as where the backpackers stay so it doesn’t really feel like a communal space. When we went in there all their stuff was everywhere but if you are self contained it won’t be an issue. Would recommend and stay again!

Easy booking and accessible location. Great for an overnight stop if you’re going to Toowoomba or further. It’s right next to Warrego Highway so it’s quite loud during daytime. Family friendly spot with a lake for bird watching and kayaking.
