BIG4 South Durras Holiday Park

We loved our stay here so much. We’ve stayed in ALOT of caravan sites around Australia and this would be one of the top sites. We loved the view out to the gorgeous bush. Whilst it’s a small caravan park, there we plenty to do for our girls movie nights, playground, jumping castle, wildlife, go-karts, basketball court and the beach across the road. It’s definitely an underrated place. The staff were super friendly.

A very clean and well-kept campground, surrounded by beautiful nature and located right by the beach. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Garry and Simone, who work there, are extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended! Lovely quiet spot, beautiful wildlife, parrots, kangaroos, ducks. Welcoming friendly staff, clean amenities. 1st time caravaners, offered assistance to park on arrival. We then stuffed up and got ourselves in a pickle with our awning as we were packing to leave, staff came to our rescue, going above and beyond to fix our issue and get us on the road. Just incredible. Thank you again champion. 👍

What a lovely quiet little park! The staff were absolutely lovely people and very helpful. Very clean amenities to use and the wildlife here are spectacular. Our children had birds eating out of their hands. Thank you to the staff for making this trip memorable

5 Stars – A Peaceful Getaway with Something for Everyone! We had a fantastic stay at this caravan park and can’t wait to come back! The atmosphere was so tranquil – the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. It was a real treat to have families of kangaroos come right up to you, allow you to hand feed them along with the beautiful colours of the king parrots and lorikeets was just an extra bonus. The cabins were clean, neat, and tidy and exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids were never bored with plenty of activities to keep them entertained throughout the day. The pool was a definite highlight: sparkling clean and at the perfect temperature for a swim, even in the late afternoon. A huge shout-out to the managers Gary and Simone who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, well-run place to unwind
