Honestly would not recommend this trailer court to anyone. I’ve had multiple issues in the past with the water getting shut off without being notified 24hr in advance or notice at all. Also one of the most expensive trailer courts to live in near Iowa city. If you can afford a down payment on a trailer you’re probably better off buying a house in a small town nearby. Nothing wrong with the neighbors just too expensive for it being just a trailer. This is coming from someone who owns their trailer and just pays lot rent.

I wasn't at Breckenridge I store my 30foot RV in a lot next door however I have friends and coworkers that live there ive only been to really nice homes clean and tidy and well renovated

I’ve been without internet for over 4 months and for a month straight my Water got shut off like every other day definitely would not recommend moving here.

Worst place I've ever lived. Neighbors play music blaring at all hours of the night. After calling the cops multiple times, nothings changed. We have German cockroaches and I've complained many times to the office but nothings been done. Our refrigerator is freezing everything but again after complaining nothing gets done and I've had to throw out tonsof ruined food. I can't wait till we can find a new place to get the hell out of here.
