Nice quiet place; owners are great folks. Note: if you have a rig that needs lots of power, this may not be the place for you. Their 50 amp power is not 2 x 50 amp like other RV parks. (It is a 50 amp plug but not 2 poles.). The power monitoring system on my RV thought I was hooked to a single pole 30 amp system (like when you use a 50 to 30 amp connector) so my RV managed my power down to 30 amps total. For me, that meant I could only run one AC; and that was not fun on these 100 degree days.

A secluded pretty relaxed and safe atmosphere we're generally quiet people out in the country it's just a nice place for anyone in need of a semi-permanent place to live in their RV or camper.

Great place to stay. Especially if U are lookin to stay long term. Pet friendly and the owners are 2 of the nicest people U will ever meet.

We love Melody Ranch! I have 3 boys and we go to listen to bluegrass a couple of times a year Highly recommended!
