Very friendly neighbors but not the best trailer park in the area talks about a pool and club house online but they have removed it . Clean for the most part . Fairly priced compared to the others around the area . Not a bad place to live

this place is a complete clown show the property manager yuliette is only after your money. the rent to live in the hole is not worth it. yuliette has no consideration for anybody and doesn’t care how much you’ve payed i’ve payed thousands of dollars in rent to keep and spot that wasn’t worth it there are drug dealers living in what looks like abandoned places. people walking trough yards and one point someone stole my dads tools in the middle of the day while we were home we didn’t realize until he said he said that he didn’t know where they were. yuliette has demanded my rent by the 1st of every month and if i didn’t get it there in time she will give your lot away. we are here for 3 months out of the year for the winter. when paying $900 in rent you would expect to have some type of consideration from your landlord. run from this place it needs condemned.

For many years this trailer park was owned by the Mall family. Any problems that arose were handled in a fare friendly manner . Unfortunately the trailer park was sold to Lakeshore management . These people do not know what a good and fair way of dealing with problems are. They don’t even know the meaning of human rights . On morning that they took over the trailer park at 7 o’clock in the morning they were pounding on the door like Nazis !! With no notice of coming on my rent paid in full home The manager of the trailer park continues to scream that she owns the park which is a bald-faced lie . She continues to right violations of the leases that don’t exist . This was a happy thriving community Did need some work ? Yes but I liked living in a neighborhood where I knew my neighbors, Landlord and could rely on thier help at any time . They have taken all the amenities away with no explanations Cut down 75-year-old protected trees Without a care of the community . When you ask for explanations of what’s going on in your community where you live in , you are told I don’t have to tell you anything... At one point I love living in this community I now want to move as fast as possible and I suggest anybody looking for a mobile home park to stay clear of this park and to look at any other parks owned by Lakeshore management and stay clear of those as well . In my opinion lakeshore management should have their license revoked to manage anything . And be ran out of the state of Florida that’s how deplorable they are . unprofessional, unrealistic , and untrustworthy . And if you read the reviews like I have , you will see the same review over and over again Sadly Casaloma has become a ghost town due to the actions of Lakeshore management . It is so ignorant that management can’t get my name spelled right on the notices they keep posting on my door , or that just shows the level of the unprofessional?? I continue to deal with it I didn’t have a choice but you do.

This Mobile Home Community has a lot of potential with it's location and size and friendly residents. Joe wolf is going to make such a huge improvement and impact on this community it will be a complete 360 make over. New homes new roads a awesome friendly professional staff ready to help improbe day by day this lake shore community and so much more.

Low price 550 on season. Others are 1300 or more pool club house pat the owner is very nice grate location everything on the same street
