Update: We just spent a full month at BPL. The 30 day flat rate was very reasonable. $1100 (winter rate), all included utilities for that price. It's roughly $36 per day. Budget friendly, and a beautiful facility besides. I especially appreciated the background chks for all long term guests. We felt safe at BPL. The added amenities of wood delivered on request, and propane tanks filled upon request... major bonus points for pampered campers. We'll be back. It's a lovely park. I cannot say enough good about Bay Point Landing. I'll try. The location on the bay, the shore birds, the sunsets across the waters of the bay, the artfulness of the fog at night, the kind and professional staff... the opportunity to stay in one of their funky MidCentury style Airstream trailers, on site. All of this makes Bay Point Landing our go-to park on the near south coast. Today, I learned they enforce the dogs-on-leash rule. I was extremely thankful as I didn't feel safe taking my dog outside with a rambunctious husky romping far and wide without a leash. It's a clear rule... in the campground, dogs on leash. The people who make up their own rules ruin the experience for the rest of us. Thank you, BPL for keeping this RV park safe, and enjoyable for all campers.

Disclosure: We did not stay in a cabin or an Airstream on the property. We arrived in our own fifth wheel and stayed for three nights in February 2026. This was our first time staying at Bay Point Landing and I'd say it's one of our favorite spots we've stopped on the Oregon coast! The campground itself is interesting. They have one big section that's mostly filled with tiny homes and Airstream trailers for rent, so you can stay here even if you don't have a rig. The other half of the property is open spaces with hookups for rig parking. The property is off the road far enough that traffic noise is minimal, which is great when you're looking for a good quiet sleep. We have a 40-foot fifth wheel and we had NO trouble navigating the roads or getting into a campsite. Each site I saw had full hookups, a fire pit and a picnic table. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were here so we didn't get to enjoy those aspects, but it's nice to have them in good weather. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they work out of a cute little office that is also a store where they carry a bunch of items any camper would find handy in a pinch. Amenities include multiple buildings with restrooms, laundry and showers, plus a communal fire pit, and a heated indoor saltwater lap pool. They also have a cozy lounge with games and books, a little fitness room, and a kids' room with a nostalgic video game console (no quarters required!) that no modern kid could possibly appreciate (Ms. Pacman and Galaga anyone?) The value for the money is terrific and we'd definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about this place its peaceful check in and out are super smooth they provide you with a lot of amenities such as firewood for your personal fire pit and a lot of add on options. While it did rain most of the time we were there so we could not get to enjoy the fire pit we definitely plan to on our next visit. Everything was comfortable and clean. The pool was amazing. Definitely recommend!!!!!!! Thanks for a great stay

This was such a beautiful place to spend new years with my now fiancé (we got engaged here!). It was such an amazing getaway, and we’re sad to be leaving, but will definitely be back. We brought our frenchie with us, and he loved it here as well. It’s so cozy, clean, and quiet. I would say the price per night is very reasonable, especially for the privacy and being right on the beach.

Such a great place to stay, they really think of everything. The cabin we rented was exceptionally clean and very new and nicely appointed. Came with a bucket of firewood, fire starter, complete with marshmallow roasting skewers for the fam! There's a pool, a store, helpful staff. The breakfast sandwiches are delicous, only 5 bucks. What's not to like?? We'll be staying here again.
