Camp River Campground Llc

I love this place. Ive been here several times but today just highlighted why I keep coming back. Check in is 3 pm but due to renovations at home I needed to remove my disabled daughter from our home for the day. I explained the situation, citing the need to have a safe place with a bathroom to spend the day... She let us sign into our camp site several hours early and Accomdated my daughters needs. These are just honestly genuinely good people. My family and I will keep coming back for years to come.

Stayed at one of the primitive camp sites for the better part of a week on a fishing trip. Ground was a bit rocky but no big deal if you have a sleeping pad. Shower houses were clean and with hot water which was great! Manager was responsive. Good cell signal which is a nice bonus, and the prices were very fair! Would definitely stay here again.

We love this campground! It is small and quiet -a great place to sit and relax. The lots are large and spacious. There are sewer hookups on each camper lot. There are also adorable cabins for rent. The owners are amazing people. They offer some of the best (less crowded) float trips in the Ozarks. This is a must visit campground for kayaking enthusiast. 10 out 10 for sure!

This is the place! We made reservations in April/May for Junteenth weekend. Due to weather we had to move our reservations to Aug! We rented their large cabin (cottage) that sleeps 9. The owners are wonderfully nice. So helpful. Enjoyed the cabin. Didn't care for the futon couch, was uncomfortable, but one of the couples brought their queen air mattress and it all worked out good. When she said an apartment size fridge, we were worried, but it was a good size. They do only have a convection toaster oven, but my seester brought their Blackstone griddle. They shuttled 2 of our vehicles to Whitten take out. Will definitely be back to stay with them again. Their shower house was always clean. It's quiet out in their neck of the woods. Highly recommend!

Cute campground! Has places to hook up RVs, set up tents, and has a couple cabins you can rent too! Each place comes with a picnic table and fire pit. There's a store where you can buy anything your forgot or need with a shower/bathroom house at the back. The owners are very friendly and are good people. Family friendly place. I stayed the weekend in Cabin 1 and I loved it! It was a great weekend away! The owners know of a lot of nature trails and were happy to suggest places to go! I'm definitely going back in the summer to go rafting in the river that's not too far away and go to more trails that I didn't get a chance to go to! Update: I've updated some pics, some are still from when they first opened up. It's very pretty now. But I have stayed in several of the cabins now and also used the RV sites. Every stay has been exceptional. There's a lot more to do at the campground. There's a pavilion, gold/gem mining, trail around the campground, and the playground has been updated. They've also added more electric tent sites, a primitive cabin, and built a new bathhouse up top. It has a wonderful rain head shower! I will continue to keep coming back. Absolutely love this place!
