TA TravelCenters of America - Bridgeport #198

I want to personally thank the manger of the shop a ta. He's taking good care of me in the past which is why I choose this location for service in the first place. So I walk in wanting a set of 8 tires for my drives and 2 trailer tires. We get it all set up for work and they realize that someone sold one of the tires and now they only have 7 drives for me. So the manager called other locations tracked down a tire and then finds out it was damaged. So he send a tech to battlecreek michigan from the Bridgeport location to make me whole. I walked in the store around 9:30 am. I sure battlecreek was 2hr plus each way so the manager overheard me say I was 30 minutes from home and offer to take me home on his own dime and time just so I could spend some time with the wife and not have to sit for 6 hrs I the shop. He did just that took me home and called me back around 4:18pm and said by time I get there my truck would be ready to go. I am extremely grateful for the kind, trustworthy and supportive service. TA you owe your shop manager a bump in pay if my opinion matters. Keep up the good work and you have a customer for life. Awesome service 👏

I stopped in here with my family. We got fuel for our RV and some things inside. I got something that was clearly marked $1.79 I was charged $3.44 each for 2 of the product. The lady said she could not do anything about it and was not very helpful. Water available at pump 4 in the big rig fuel pumps

Typical TA. Plenty of parking. Diesel and gas available. Typical not so good of food choices and hot food. Decent bathrooms and cool old styled front entrance.

Love this place. They have plenty of fuel.islands weather you need diesel ⛽️ for your semi or gas for your car 🚗 on the way up North. They also have a very nice restaurant 😋 inside with great food. The staff is always kind amd friendly. The store and the bathrooms 🚻 are always clean too. Plenty of parking for your semi trucks and trailers plus they have a service shop if you need repairs.

Absolutely amazing truck stop, they have everything a long haul trucker could need, as well as our local community. Friendly staff that’s always able to help with any questions. Very clean restrooms, with laundry near!
