Buddy Bear In The Smokies RV Campground

This campground is awesome super clean a dog park a saltwater swimming pool a playground riverside sites that are extremely level for easy setup and the bathrooms are private with each having it's own shower. They are so clean and hot water for hours! The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. And there's an eagles nest close by.

We enjoyed another great stay between Christmas and New Years. We enjoy how clean and convenient the campground is to everywhere we like to go.], definitely a hidden jewel in a market vying for tourist dollars everyday. I especially enjoy how nice the staff is, the competitive pricing, meeting the other campers and sharing our great stays from the last 4-5 years (more to come, already booked 2026) with them to hopefully see them in subsequent stays. We camped here for a week during Christmas. Christie is the best, she was very friendly and always answered our questions. The facilities were kept clean at all times. We will definitely keep coming back here in the future. Everything is close by. We also enjoyed getting to camp with the family of bald eagles that have a nest right next to the campground. Highly recommended Buddy Bear!!

Truly a hidden gem amongst the touristy area. Nice clean and very well maintained. Even though it was the colder season you can tell the summer amenities look fun, truly a family oriented park. Dog friendly wish we would of brought our crew with us to camp. Rates where very reasonable in the winter season. The bathhouse is truly remarkable as most places have this as an after thought. Clean & well maintained. Even laundry onsite was awesome. Will definitely be back!!!!

This is my new favorite camping spot! The new management is truly amazing. Christy and Ron treat you like family the minute you arrive. They offer events and fun for the whole family. Even free treats!! Halloween was extra special with a band and lots of food. The bathrooms are top notch, the campsites are roomy, and love the security gates to keep ppl out. 10/10 would recommend and we can’t wait to go back!
