Camping World

I’m only leaving one star because it’s the least you can give. We bought our camper from the Owatonna location and it has been a complete nightmare from day one! We only had a short time and it I was getting sick from the smell inside. They said they would into it for us and while doing so somehow we have no insulation in the slide outs anymore and our floor have a deep foot long gouge in it from where they tried to skew back in the recliners. Then we had 2 tires blow out on a trip and had to use the “Good Sam” road assistance. They price gouged us and charged us quadruple what it would have been had we just called the repair company ourselves. They claimed we would be reimbursed but when trying to get our money back, they kept giving us the run around saying it wasn’t covered. Not to mention they also wouldn’t fix the damage caused by the tires exploding on the highway. We have tried to be in contact with corporate management numerous times and they keep sending us to the local shops. The local shops have been in f no help and have not fixed any of their mistakes. It seems like once they have your money they do not care to help or fix anything. We were planning on buying another camper but it will not be from Good Scam or any of its affiliates.

Camping World is everything you could ever want in one spot if you're thinking about buying an RV. Not only do they have a lot of different styles with so many different layouts to choose from. So many of them have all the extras in them that make them feel more and more like a house. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was speaking with Mike A, Just go in and ask for him he will bend over backwards to help. We have all the extras as well, from mattresses, to appliances, chairs, generators and everything in between. It's convenient you can see it from the highway on 35. It's literally across from fleet farm, you can't miss it. If you are someone who loves camping and is thinking about an RV, before you buy make sure you stop here. I live and sell homes in Lakeville MN. I like to stay up on all of this because I have so many clients in the area that enjoy camping and road tripping during the summer. The experience I had at camping world in lakeville was terrible. I made a service appointment for a repair and was asked if two weeks would be too long. I said that was fine and a month went by and they had not looked at it, two months went by and I called and they were still too busy to look at it. I finally called and just said I was picking it up and then it magically was in that morning being looked at. I still picked it up and would never recommended buying from here. One week later I had it back fixed from someplace else. As the older man in service said, they have to focus on new sales and getting the newly bought units in for initial service and off their lot and handle other service when they can, he also said that the water heater I had was “junk”. I literally was sold this trailer a year before by camping world. Veteran's, active and first responders take your business someplace else that will have your back and give you what you pay for.

Great Sales process and customer service. The parts and retail department are very helpful and knowledgeable to help you find what you need for your situation. I purchased a Used roof top tent camper from Camping World. Two salesmen graciously helped me load my new Rooftop Tent camper into the bed of my truck to get it home after purchase. Large clean showroom, will be back soon to get a sun shade for my Zero Gravity Chair! Always good to see long time friendly faces I’ve seen since Gander Tom at reception and Julia in the Parts department!

The Smiths sure are some "Happy Campers" after our experience at Keystone RV!! Our salesman, William Jones Jr, was AMAZING!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Being this is our first camper, we couldn't be happier with the time he put in to making sure we were informed and happy. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him while we looked at many different campers until we found "the one"! We are thankful and excited for all of our upcoming trips that will certainly leave us with countless memories!! Thank you Keystone and THANK YOU William!!!
