The Fig Tree Creek boat ramp has a dump point that is painted bright blue, making it easily visible. There is also rinse water available, although it is not suitable for drinking. The boat ramp is located 1 kilometre South of Yeppoon, specifically in Merv Anderson Park off Scenic Highway. It is conveniently situated just 200 metres North of the Henry Beak bridge.

Great little markets! The stall holders were incredibly friendly, I think I talked more than I shopped today!
This is a great spot to have a family gathering and kids parties. It is clean and tidy. Very well shaded and has a children's playground. There are clean public toilets close by. Fishing is quite popular too. Beautiful sea breeze.
Great spot can free camp has BBQ around 1.5 Klm to town (we walked there) right on the water
