Sunhaven Mobile Court

Lot rent here is ridiculous 750 per month plus water, sewer, and trash. and really not good service. That’s what you get from a California ownership lot owner. Now I know why people from this community is planning to move somewhere else.

Really impressed with this mobile home park. The location is convenient, the property is kept in great shape, and the management team genuinely cares about the residents.

Great place to live!!
