We stayed 2 weeks here. It's a lovely property, maintained excellently! The staff was very kind and accommodating. We let our dog in the dog park and he got sick. There had been no rain in a long time and the ground is very parasitic. They need to hose it down once a day because of all the dogs feces just laying there. We were a few rows back and the noise from 19 was terribly loud. Nonstop constant traffic noise. I love sitting outside but at times traffic was loud so we stayed inside. Overall beautiful park.

We always say 1st impressions and this campground didn't miss a beat starting with Check-in. The staff is genuinely friendly, the campground is well maintained, and I can't say enough about the Complimentary breakfast every morning. Along with the activities and crafts provided to bring campers together, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Clearwater "We'll Be Back"

Beautiful Park, beautiful sites, gorgeous pool and laundry facilities. Very quiet and very friendly staff. Couple of concerns: lots of people tethered their dogs outside with no one being outside with them. Made it a bit scary to walk our dogs and getting charged at and barked at. Also, lots of people using retractable leashes. I almost got bit by a chihuahua before the owner was able to lock the leash and yank it back.

Excellent KOA facility, staff was warm and friendly, the sites were clean and offered all ranges of site types. We had an upgraded patio with fire pit. It was very relaxing. Great pool, laundry facilities, and the store had the basics. We will definitely go again. This KOA is right off the main drag, so pick a site that is further in. You can hear the road noise but if you plan in advance and select a site in the middle it will be quieter. The hookups were excellent, we had a good water pressure, the electrical box was in great shape, and the sewer was in a good location for black tank hookup. Overall we enjoyed this location and we will be back if we are in the area.

This KOA is not like others we have visited. We were pleasantly surprised at how well-maintained this campground is. And the lush gardening was a really nice surprise. It's a botanical garden that happens to have RV campsites. On top of that, the facilities were top-notch. Everything was very clean and accommodating. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is challenging. On one hand, it is located on a busy highway that is nearby a lot of landmarks, parks, beaches, and dining. The trade-off is that it is VERY noisy with sirens, race cars, loud motorcycles, and all types of clamor day and night. Obviously there's nothing KOA can do about that, but the environment is part of the overall experience, so you have to be prepared. One request I'd leave for the management: the sprinklers sprayed my vehicle and left hard-water stains on the paint. This is difficult to remove; it doesn't easily wash off the vehicle. Please tighten up the irrigation so they don't spray on customers' property. Overall this is a great campground and we look forward to returning.
