Nice Rental Park, a lot of good people who live here!
It's well taken care of. I was taking a puppy that was in the road entrance and I didn't know who the puppy belonged to at first I thought the puppy had gotten hit and was rolling and I come to find out that the poor puppy was rolling and a dead animal but some nice people came along and said they knew who belong to the puppy and so therefore they took the puppy and I'm glad that it wasn't hurt
Great place, worked near here.. bob is great, nice quite place to wind down after a hard day's work. Can make day trips to canton, berlin Zanesville, even Columbus 1 1/2 hrs away. An I would also like to add that I answered a question wrong. It is $500/ month plus electric. Sorry for any confusion I might have caused!!!
This is a great place! Very close to Coshockton. The park has a lot of grass for picnics with the kids and room to play. Pets are allowed on leash and owners are super friendly as long as you follow the rules. They’ve just put in a laundry with new washers and dryers as of 2017! No restrooms or showers. It is right on a river but I've never known the camp to flood. Great electric solid 50/30 and 110. Great city water and pressure is awesome. 600 a month and they offer cable for a extra charge, I think it was 120 channels for $58.00. They also have some trailers for rent, not sure of the prices though. Never had a problem with them returning your unused Lot rent and deposit. Always paid in full the moment you leave. 🙂 Park address and phone number. 23601 State Route 93 Fresno, Ohio 43824 (740) 545-9141 Bob Nelson
Oh this place is a joke! We rented a mobile home there. $900 a month for a Fema trailer. We were told it was $800 a month. Got there to sign papers and it was $900 a month. We found out later that other people were paying $500 a month. It was furnished when we got there because the last occupants needed it. The owner told me he'd take whatever we didn't need out. When I asked him to do so, he jokingly told me he'd charge more for it. I felt like I was putting him out after he made that joke so I didn't have him remove the heavy stuff. I left my washer and dryer behind during the move so that he didn't have to move his. The first time I washed clothes there, the washer was making a terrible noise and my clothes came out smelling of oil. This went on for a week before I called him and asked him to fix it. He showed up at my house and looked at it. My husband came home and he made a very inappropriate joke about me and him to my husband. He bought a part for the washer and my husband replaced it. Apparently there was more wrong with it for it to have broke the part to begin with. Within 2 days, it wouldn't shift from fill to drain, then it stopped spinning all together. I called and called him and couldn't reach him. Finally, we caught him one day and my husband talked to him about it. He said he just hadn't had time to find another one. We waited a few more days and I just went and bought a part that we thought would fix it. It didn't. It was the motor. I called him over and over and kept getting lied to about him returning calls or that he'd come by. Finally, he answered and told me that my husband implied that we were buying one. I told him no he didn't. We had a perfectly good set that we left behind because it was provided here but he said I had to get my own again. I ended up renting one. That was fine, but it was another $80 a month. After that little falling out, out light bill went from $13 the first month to $114 that month. He said it was because of the heaters, but I had only had the heat on for 4 days at that time. When we first moved in, the house was filthy. There was dryer lint over 2 inches high in the hall, dust covering the walls, ceiling, vents, and floor was filthy throughout the house. The walls were all marked up with black marks and the blinds were broken in several spots and even stapled together. I spent the whole first week there cleaning because my whole family got sick from the allergies! The marks didn't come off the walls, though. I don't know what kind of paint was in that trailer, but it was like powder. Just wiping the wall with water took the paint off. There was no way to clean it. We moved out and cleaned it up well. I dusted, swept, mopped, wiped what a could off the walls, and left no trash. We found out that we only get $150 of our deposit back because the blinds were torn up. They were definitely already a mess when we moved in. We are a pipeline family, so it's pretty common to get taken advantage of, but this is just over the top. It was a rip off. On top of all of that, we asked the man to take the old washer to the dumpster. It was there for over a month in our yard. The grass got ridiculously high before being mowed. There is a playground there that hasn't been kept up so the kids get excited about it, but it's too dangerous to play on most of it.
