The community is excellent and the neighbors are friendly.

The place is getting pretty trashed up. Not like it used to be. Mobile homes for sale in park are over priced. They don't follow their own rules in the contract and that is why it is getting worse there. Thought you were not allowed to rent out homes but they are in there. Used to be one of the best parks around. Used to have a waiting list.....not anymore. I have seen worse so if I would need to move into a park I would probably still choose that one and have to ignore the bad things about it.

I'm a current resident. My family enjoys it here. We love taking walks around the park, we feel safe here. We visit the playground & pool regularly in the summer time. We know our neighbors & sometimes visit with them, all kind people. Mostly families & retired folk. Quiet by my house. There's a few times a year we'll see turkeys or other critters. I've had to call the office a few times and they always help out. I saw someone mention people here being rude- I've been here about 2.5 years & honest to goodness there are so many friendly people we encounter on our walks, we visit with our neighbors frequently, and my son finds kids to play with at the playground & pool.

Decent amount of space between homes. I live towards the back, which is more empty than the front which I like. Neighbors keep to themselves, but are friendly and wave whenever I see them out. Very quiet and feels safe. Sonny, the manager, has been great. It has a good selection of amenities. Parking is alright, but sometimes when others have guests park in the street it can be hard to get out of your driveway. My driveway has a steep slope, and that is one of the few things I don't like about this place. Very good community overall.
