I Paid to Keep My Fifth wheel in the Back in the Storage Area and The Management didn’t Care that My Fifth Wheel got Broken into and Robbed for All Sorts of Stuff that was in My Fifth Wheel. Do Yourself a Favor and Rather Park your Campers and Fifth Wheels at a Storage Facility. There’s No Cameras and they Don’t Care If Your Stuff Gets Broken into or Stolen on Their Property This Place is Trash Also a Joke. The Management is Disrespectful and Uncaring

Place is Beyond Messy. The Landlady Obviously would Rather Run Her Mouth About Clean Lots than People With Junk All Around their Campers. Do yourself a Favor and Stay Away From This Place it’s Disgusting and The Landlady is Disrespectful. Kind of Sad to See How She Treats People

Owner and host were nice enough. However, the two tent sites are less than desirable with scrap campers surrounding the tent sites and uneven ground with astro turf. It could do in a pinch but didn't seem safe. Refund was given promptly and without any issues.

This place was a massive disappointment. If you have an RV this place would be fine but we were tenting and their tent sites are at the very back of the property by a scrapyard and also a bunch of abandoned campers that were spooky. Right beside the tent sites was the sewer and the lids didn't seal it off so we had an odorous breeze all evening. It is located right close to the highway and the traffic noise kept us from sleeping most of the night. It was by far the worst camping experience I ever had. They did have bathrooms and showers that were decently clean and nice but that's the only positive thing that was there. The picture I added is the view from our campsite

Very convenient location. Quiet at night. Sites are huge and paved. Park clean and landscaped. Staff friendly!!! Close to Colorado National Monument.
