Stillwater Landing Mobile Home Park

Been attendant here for 8 years. After 52 properties took an over they have lied misleaded and also they lie on their website there is no playground this is not kid friendly. What I mean about non-friendly is that people speed through the park they don't do nothing about it. They say it's up to us to call the authorities. They don't work with people to help with rent when they are in hardship for a short time. They said it's your responsibility to pay if you don't pay by the first you're evicted.

Absolute heaven on earth. My car just glides over these new roads. The storage units are the best price in town for their size. The new homes are phenomenal. Can’t wait for the new office to open. Definitely recommend.

Hard to contact management. Doesn't work well with others and ignores major problems when you are able to get ahold of them. Roads ruin vehicles and trees are damaging homes leaving owners to figure it out. Also, the foundation is soft leaving trailers to have foundation problems. Community watch and meetings every week are just to keep the community pacified. Also. Water turns off every other day during the spring through summer and lots of homes have been spewing water under trailers for years with management knowledge. Sooo.... Other than that. Once you find your click this place is bearable. Helpful but lots of gossip and rumors... If hell was a trailerhood it'd be this one.

Went to visit not long ago. It was not how it was when I lived there (green acres) potholes has NOT been fixed!!!! So many run down trailers and interiors insides falling apart. The whole lot needs to be torn down and owner needs to do better. All around junk place.

I didn't visit this place, I live here. Its not the taj mahal but its affordable place to live without sharing a wall with your neighbors! Yes I would recommend it if your looking for a place to live thats not too expensive.
