Ingenia Holidays South West Rocks

Absolutely fantastic holiday park! Booked a grass powered site and upon arrival it had been raining heavily so before I had to ask the reception person (sorry forgot their name but she was a superstar) had already moved me to a slab site at no extra cost! Check-in staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and so accommodating! Site is in a perfect location with a short stroll along the beautiful river estuary to town! Doggie friendly park and 2 amazing leash free dog beaches within walking distance and both not busy at all! All other staff I encountered were lovely and very friendly and the facilities were super clean and well equipped! South West Rocks is a lovely town steeped in traditional aboriginal culture which I love.. I even got some bunya nuts from a local aboriginal fella… luckily the camp kitchen had an air fryer so I didn’t have to spend an hour boiling them! 😂.. highly recommend, very well priced considering the amazing facilities! We will be back! Thank-you so much! ❤️

What a wonderful time we had.We were upgraded to a beautiful unit(see photos). We were very impressed with unit grounds and friendlyness of staff and other holidaymakers. The scenery around South West Rocks is amazing and credit must be given to Kempsey council for the excellent disabled rail and walkways every where. It enabled you to safely get down into the river to paddle or swim.

Emma truly went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly down-to-earth, genuinely understood our situation (car breakdown), and treated us with so much kindness. Her support made a stressful situation feel so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful. Not only was she helpful and professional, but she also brought a personal touch, from taking the time to listen, to showing us her beautiful veggie garden, which really speaks to the care she puts into everything she does. Thank you for everything, Emma. You really made our stay, and it’s people like you who make Ingenia such a wonderful place to return to. We hope management knows what a gem they have!

Cabins were so nice and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to town and beaches. Kids loved the pool!! Wifi wasn’t great so best to leave the work behind and enjoy time for yourself or with the ones you love in beautiful SWR. Thanks team.

We recently stayed for 4 nights in a premium ensuite site. Enjoyed our stay! Kids loved exploring the paperbark trees nearby. Nice big sites and very friendly staff. Although 10-15mins from the main beach, we actually enjoyed the walk in. Was a little more sheltered from the wind than in town on the front on windy days. We were close to boat ramp so made for a bit of noise early in morning but nothing to bad. Would recommend!
