I showed up late fall RIGHT when they were closing, and they ckd me right on in, dry camp price, cheaper than ANY dry camp price ANYWHERE in Colorado, and I've been all over the state...Great place and people!!
We had a great stay here from 9/15/25 to 9/19/25. The previous review is correct in saying some of the traffic is quite loud from the adjacent highway. However, our over-all stay was very pleasant. This property is the best maintained campground we have visited. As one good acquaintance put it, "This is a great place to do nothing!" The management and all of the folks we met were very friendly and courteous. We will visit here again in the following years.
This was am amazing location on the Dolores River. Quiet, clean, and an out of the way location for exploring Telluride and Ouray. Super nice staff and owners. Some people have been coming her for 20+ years. Highly recommend?
One of the prettiest RV parks I've ever stayed in. Clearly the staff is dedicated to keeping this place beautiful. Friendly front desk. Great with helping you get into your spot. The river runs through it!
Great campground, clean very nice… people were nice. That being said I gave it 4 because our spot was right off the main road. So somewhat noisy with cars/trucks going by. They have spots across the river aim for them. This campground has a 10p lights out. It’s dark…. Walking the dogs in total darkness is pretty bad. Now these things are not a surprise, it’s in the FAQ. It’s not a complaint as much as a FYI for anyone coming. We had young kids and I kinda get the vide it’s an older crowd here.
