Kountze RV Park- $275 Per Mo. All Bills Paid

Lots of traffic noise. Great thing is the covered sites, but they do leak. Stores about 2 miles away. They will try to get you in. No WiFi, restrooms,or laundry.Owner didn't care that the lot was covered in screws.

I have been here for a while. Great place for the price. The owner is doing a lot of improvements. Things take time. Can't wait to see what really becomes of this place. I'm sure down the road this place will be even bigger. It's looking really nice. 4 stars just cause I know in time the people at the end will get a dumpster too.

I have rated this park the very lowest as a place to stay, because owner is not trust worthy, and will pick you to pieces over the stupidest non-issues.. owner does not keep grass cut, harass you if you have a dog but allows cats to run wild..also John Dorn (owner) does not honor the lease agreement...that is only if it suites his his favor. I highly recommend you find somewhere else if you desire peace & safety.

A little muddy when rains but not bad at all, no mud holes...very quiet other than vehicles going up and down the main highway in front of us .
