I've lived here for 40+ years! I bought a new home in 86' and a new one in 96'. Love it. Quite, slow, peaceful.

Find somewhere else to live. The new owners oak wood they have no clue. They don't care about the elderly or the disabled. They raise the rent so high any one on SSI or SSDI can't afford to live here.

Moved here almost 4 years ago. Great place to start my life with my little family. First park manager was female and she didn't do a good job .. second manager James was amazing I'm sure he is still the park manager but the park is now owned by a new company called oak wood and they are doing a great job. With the place and so glad that they kicked out horrible people.

This is a Great place to live. One of the cleaner trailer parks in town. There is no drama in the trailer park for the most part. Ita location is nice for being right outside of town and the lot rent is way less here then what you might pay for in town. The manager of the trailer park that we have now does a really good job at communicating with the trailer park as a whole. There are several nice parks around for the kids so that is a very big plus as well.

Disabled an got Evited after living ther for 28 years smfh I miss my garden the most
