This is our second time to stay here and it is the cleanest and most friendly place I’ve ever been. Call ahead as the park fills up quickly. Over 300 spots total and about 70 spots are for RV’s which we have. The rest are mobile homes with people from all over the country staying for the warm and beautiful winter. Green Valley has plenty to do and close to Tucson (20minutes) with even more beauty and fun. You will want to move here or at least visit for the winter. We stayed 2 weeks. The park offers lots of fun activities. Painting, stained glass, cards, potlucks, pool, crafts, yoga, hiking groups, a pool and hot tub. It is 55 and older.

This 55+ RV resort is very nice. It is exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and everyone in the park is welcoming. I will probably be returning in the future.

From the minute you hit the guard shack to the reservation desk you are treated very excellent. Smaller park with tighter sights but very well kept up. We were only able to secure one night and would of stayed more. Next year we will book more days. Ty

After reading many reviews while searching for a 55+ community, we purchased a yearly spot with a Winnebago at this park. We are now having our second visit here, all the way from Maine. We already love it here. The staff and neighbors are helpful and friendly. Love the amenities, just enough for us. Especially the pool and hot tub which are very well maintained. We look forward to visiting with more frequency!

This is a nice quiet park with friendly people. There were activities and we joined a few and learned some new games. And on Tuesday mornings you can order ahead and get fresh baked sticky buns which are delicious! Staff was nice and helpful. We loved that there were separate sites for those with pets and those without pets. While we love dogs, we don't love their barking and in RV parks you are in such close proximity. We enjoyed staying away from the pets. They have a nice pool area too, though we didn't use it. We were in site 80. We enjoyed morning hikes at nearby Western Desert Preserve. There are 10 acres of trails suitable for hiking and mountain biking. Good for birding too.
