Had a great experience at Campers Inn RV getting my 2022 Rockwood Geo Pro 19FBS. Perfect camper for us at a great price. Adam Needham worked tirelessly, including over the weekend to help us, even when the store was closed. Michael in finance was great at explaining all of the options. Great team!

My husband and I found a travel trailer online at campers RV Inn of St. Augustine so we drove 4 hours to see it at their location in person. We were so happy that we took that drive! Our salesman Daniel and the general manager Jim along with the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with and probably the most honest people I’ve ever experienced especially in the sales business! They took their time with us and explained absolutely everything we needed to know regarding the purchase and maintenance of owning an RV. We are first time RV buyers and actually have never even camped out! We are pretty much hotel type individuals. It was even a lot of fun dealing with them. Daniel went as far as climbing in and out of the tub and squatting on the toilet for us cause we we afraid we wouldn’t fit or bust the toilet seat!! We’re pretty chunky people! He was great! Jim financially made sure the purchase price was exactly what was affordable for us and gave us a great price on the most perfect RV that sleeps 9. Not only are we the proud owners of a new RV but my best friends are heading there now to purchase one!! If you’re looking to buy an RV, Campers inn RV of St. Augustine is definitely the place to go. We had a great experience at Campers Inn St. Augustine! We had our eye on a Rockwood 2906RS for three years and Ed Marusa picked up the phone when we checked to see if they had a 2021. He verified that he had it on the lot and that it had all the options we were looking for. Very easy to work with and very hospitable through the whole purchasing process. Shawn in finance got us in and out without any high pressure. He even got us a better finance rate than our Credit Union! Then there was the service department! Branden had the camper all setup for our inspection walk through. He was very patient and thorough. We live in Jacksonville, and he was able to deliver it for us the same day! Backed that 35-footer up the driveway the first time! Everyone was very prompt in returning phone calls and texts. You just don’t see that kind of service much anymore. Excellent experience and would highly recommend them for your next RV! Thanks again Campers Inn!
