Nice, clean KOA. Spots were fine but a little close together and WiFi was only free for 2 hours. My kids enjoyed the playground.
Cabin 1’s space heater was essentially useless. It was set to 70 degrees, but the cabin never got above 51, and it dropped to 46 overnight. The overnight low was 27 degrees; I spent the entire night freezing because the heater simply did not work. When I called on January 5, 2026 to report the issue, the front desk told me I “should have called after hours number,” despite the fact that no after‑hours number was provided anywhere. That excuse was not only unhelpful—it was absurd. They offered no reimbursement, no apology, and no accountability for failing to maintain their cabins, even for KOA Rewards members. The staff member I spoke with insisted no one had ever complained before and acted completely indignant instead of addressing the problem. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t. This location doesn’t value guests, doesn’t maintain its cabins, and isn’t worth your time or money.
Perfect for an overnight stay. Woodsy atmosphere and it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this KOA. Also, very easy access to major highway!
Very convenient to I-95. A bit rustic for KOA, limited amenities and no staff at all. We called at 5:15 on a Saturday to advise that we would be arriving late and the office was closed with a simple message that we should call back during office hours. No after-hours contact or ability to leave a message. Closed on Sundays. We had made our reservation on the KOA app the same day we arrived and luckily there was an envelope with our name on it at the office when we arrived around 8pm. Simple pull-through site was unlevel and grass/gravel but did the trick for a one-night stopover. Dumped tanks and headed out around 10am the next day. Never saw any staff; was pretty empty on the weekend. Doubt anyone comes here except I-95 travelers stopping over (there were a few older trailers that appeared to be full time / long term residents in the back). It is less than 5 minutes from the expressway but very quiet. Couldn't hear the traffic at all. Definitely would consider as a stopover in the future. Halfway between NY/NJ and Florida so convenient for that.
This is a nice campground easily located by 95 but that isn't great if you are tenting. The tent sites are located in the front of the campground and you hear the traffic noise. When we went to bed we played noise on our phone at full blast to try to drown out the noise from 95. Eventually we were able to go to sleep. The 24-hour laundry room was easily accessible while maintained and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the beautiful pool was not open due to some circumstances beyond their control, but hopefully should be open soon. The 10 sites are actually pretty nice and have picnic tables undercover and a hydrant in the middle of the temp sites. There's also a nice volleyball area and children's playground. They're quite a few camping sites for trailers with electric and water. The restrooms are clean and have an access code.
