Complete Campsite / Exodus Off Road Campers Pty Ltd

As much as I don't like to leave negative feedback, I really do need to write this review to warn other people of my experience, as this company has made me realise that just because there is a high price tag and an "Aussie made sticker" this does NOT equal quality. I purchased a Fraser XTE in 2018 for $72,324.00. I paid this price as I am a single mumma and didn't want ANY issues whilst travelling. After 10 days of owning the trailer it rained, and the entire camper flooded. It took a month to have this returned to me. When it was returned there was mould in the fridge, batteries were dead flat and needed jumping. I phoned management in tears over my experience thus far and was told "If you are not going to be completely calm when you speak to me we will deem you too hard to help with any future issues." And issues there were... I was only able to use the camper for 6 weeks before the amount of issues compiled to be too much for me to deal with. I was required to take these guys to NCAT (hoping for a refund) but instead they were forced to repair the faults with the trailer (as the warranty is only under the manufactures discretion) - Problem with the wiring for the electrical component that opened and closed the hard floor. - Webasco diesel heater failure - Inability of batteries to maintain charge of the fridge/freezer and heater (They were needed to be replaced at the time of repair due to not maintaining their charge) - Faulty kitchen bench it wouldn't pull out the correct length - Severe rust after only 6 months usage I won the NCAT case and the camper was eventually repaired, but this was approximately a year after my initial purchase. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing one of this companies products to have a really good look around at the alternatives on the market.

Extremely happy with my purchase of a new Fraser XTE excellent product. Was a pleasure to deal with such down to earth people who genuinely care about quality and service defiantly deserve five stars in my view.

Purchased my XTE 2 years ago and can honestly say I could not be happier with my camper. All aspects of CC have been above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Guys!!

Bought our Exodus 14 from Complete Campsites and could not be happier. Excellent products and after sales service has been great with the few things we required to be addressed being resolved with a minimum of fuss. These vans are not cheap, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for!
