Air con was good even on a 39 degree day. Would maybe minus half a star for the toilets if I could, but otherwise everything is good
Went here for a caravan exhibition for 2 hours, it was great. The food options were amazing, from coffee to milkshakes to nachos; it was very diverse. The options were very large and good size for their price, especially the milkshakes. One of not many exhibition parks in Canberra, so not much options. The park is very large, flat, and the road is paved, so good for people who use a walker or have mobility issues.
Was attending the site for summernats for 2nd year in a row and found that more seating and grand stands are required around the burn out pad and skid row area. Otherwise great venue....entry and exit to the parking Ares was painful if you didn't get there early
The best place for festivals in Canberra would be a great option, despite the minor inconvenience of public transport for the journey back home. Such transportation challenges are quite common at venues with thousands of attendees.
