Very quiet nice park, well kept! Friendly staff that get back to you quickly! Couldn’t ask for a nicer area to rent for Ada!

New owners of Sissortail camper park and Twin Lakes are making a real impact. They are making big changes and things are great here. Not hotel. RV and camper parks. Small houses also. All getting repairs and remodeling as needed. Problems handled fast and efficiently. New manager is on point! Great job Molly💗

Update!! Day 28, still no Internet, but they are “working on it.” And there's no information on whether they’re going to offer a discount on rent this month. New owners took over the park and immediately turned the WIFI off. It's been 9 days without it, but we have been given a new password for the Wi-Fi. It just doesn't work since the Wi-Fi isn't on.

Over the last few months, the park's maintenance has suffered. The lawn is not mowed regularly, the laundry area is in a deplorable state, most of the lights in the park are either burned out or do not work altogether, the restroom areas are not cleaned and maintained as they should be, and the Wi-Fi has slowed tremendously, and now we don't have any. Additionally, road conditions are deteriorating due to a lack of maintenance. I must say that the maintenance gentleman has been grading the road quite a bit, but he needs more gravel because of all the holes and washed-out areas. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the park, I have been unable to reach anyone or receive a return call. I would not recommend staying in the park unless you can tolerate poor service. All the residents are great and look out for each other; it is one of the nicest parks in Ada when it is well-maintained. This is the only reason I gave it a two-star and not a one-star.

We were staying in this park long-term while trying to find a home to purchase. Unfortunately, I injured my back and ended up having to have back surgery so we had to move our camper I contacted the manager and informed her of my surgery and the need to move we were two days into our one month when we relocated our camper home, and I was informed that there was no refund or no prorated return on our payment. This was upsetting because we were hoping that after my three months of physical therapy to return to this park, but unfortunately, we will be using another park.
