There is potable water and non-potable rinse water available at the campground located on the north side of the highway, southeast of Bowie, near the exit of Fruitland Road. To access the campground, you need to head east on the two-way service road.

This RV park is a great place to make a new home or just passing thru...the staff is always ready to lend a hand with anything you may need from hooking up your camper for the first time to getting thru the first freeze in your new camper!!! The place is always kept clean...bathrooms just got remodeled and are beautiful 😍!! Seth is a great guy and and has makes you feel like family...Michelle was awesome as well...always there when when we needed her...Jamie had just started working in the office right before we moved out, but she was seemed liked she was gonna fit right in like the rest...this RV park is easily accessible off 287 right after Sunset and before Bowie....we'll lit up at night for people with dogs to take them out for their last bathroom break...there is also a swimming pool but we didnt get a chance to enjoy that part of it...it's just a great family oriented park and we loved it and wouldn't think twice about staying there again!!! I called this place home for about seven months before having to relocate for work. Seth and his team were awesome. The campground was always clean and quiet. People often complain about highway noise bur was never an issue for me. They provided help as a community being i was a rookie rv'er with many questions. There's a pool, storage on site which is awesome and a store for our convenience too. If ever back in Texas, I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you everyone.
Very convenient location.. between exits on the frontage road. Highway is a little loud but gets quiet at night. We used it for a single night while commuting south. Online check-in was simple. Click on the link and they check you in with a site number. Office was closed on the Sunday so we never saw anyone. Shower was clean and HOT! Lots of open spaces for dog walking.
Perfect on/off highway overnight stay. Stayed over 1 week. Super clean. Nice facilities. Great staff! Professionally run RV park. Attention to detail is great. Nice pool.
We enjoyed our stay. We were assigned spot 93 but ended up being to big. We switched to spot 90 which was fine. I left a message to say we were changing spots but got no reply (so we guessed it was ok). The park has a lovely nature area for walking our furry friend. The park has a good pool area and plenty of lights. We felt very safe. We would stay again.
