Nice little quiet place. Easy to get into. Clean,comfortable and nicely manicured lawn.

Left last week after a 3 week stay it is a very quiet place owners are awesome very friendly an nice. Will definitely be coming back! Also close to shopping center's.

Beware the manager. Stayed here several times since June. We made sure it was okay to bring the dogs the first time, and brought them every time since. Never had trouble based on the dogs or anything else. Yesterday after our second hurricane evacuation in 6 weeks. The manager became irate about the dogs, and our son. I called, and tried to have a reasonable conversation, and was chewed up one side and down the other. We lost our house in the first hurricane. Something that was known and mentioned in the tirade. We couldn't get out fast enough, and were threatened with "the cops" as we were trying to leave. Edit: The first time we stayed, we had trouble linking up with someone to pay. We settled that the next time we came. The time we were told to get out before the cops were called it's likely payment was forgotten in the rush. We had just returned from southwest Louisiana to assess the damage from Hurricane Delta, and the sun was setting. We had 5 people to house for the night, and were rushing to find a place to stay. The owner can feel free to contact me for this payment. The dogs were discussed in depth before we pulled in for the first time with them. My son was rude. I called to apologize and wasn't given an option to make peace. My statement stands: Beware the manager.

Best rv site in Camden and surrounding areas. Close to several grocery stores, Walmart and fast food places as well. Good space between most sites and plenty of room for backing up and moving out. The owners are great people and take really good care of the place. Definitely nice and quiet.
