Dale is great for Business and fixing your rv needs !

Stopped in August 19th 2025 not even 11:30 AM. Was in the store for probably 10 minutes before anyone was even around/acknowledged me. Than I waited another 5 minutes for an employee to get ahold of the owner since they didn’t have the scissor jacks “marked”. 3 times called. 0 answer. Not only that, the card machine wasn’t working which I wasn’t told till the end. So after 15 minutes of wasted time, they lost out on a sale and business. Horrible business practices. Would bring your time and money elsewhere.

Needed a part on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend. We received a call back, just on a missed number, thinking they were closed for the weekend. The owner met us at the store, and we purchased the part and got our heat working! Lakota RV will be our first choice going forward!

My refrigerator door fell of when the hinge broke. Dale went above and beyond to find the correct door and ship it. He did am amazing job putting the new door on. Thanks Dale
