Love this place! Very quiet and relaxing. Beware the possums who tried to get into our roof tent! No shops etc nearby so take all your food, water and fire wood. Would 100% stay again
It is a great spot for camping, but the horse flies are a lot and they bite.
Nice campground Limited signal, some firepits available, picnic tables, pit toilets and violent kangaroos that assault tents. Beautiful sunsets and dark skys, near to Mt Kosciuszko and other hikes.
Good spot, toilet seats are weirdly very high for some reason? Other than that excellent for almost no cost camping for snowboarding at any resorts at Mt Kosciuszko. Obviously as there are sites close together your neighbours may be loud, but that's just pot luck.
What a fantastic place! We stayed here for almost no money for 4 nights. Parked at the lower campground close to the river and had a visit from wallabies, kangaroos, possums and deer. We made a lovely campfire and enjoyed the beautiful area and hiked the main range walk to Mt Kosciuszko summit and back.
