Coldwater Lake Family Park

Only reason I gave it a 3 star is due to the fact we drove there in the winter and it was closed. Gate with snow, perhaps it might be a nice place? No signs stated it was seasonal until we arrived.

Had a great time building a fire, playing games and swimming! Highly recommend!!

This is one great place to be. Whether you want to relax and just enjoy being outside ,or if you're ready to have a fun filled day on the water or at the beach... The cabin was very comfortable and clean the bathrooms and showers are well taken care of the staff was friendly and helpful and the prices are right on allowing you to spend your money on fun. We rented a boat on lake George but later found out they could of brought it to us on lake Isabella. So no matter what you are in need of out of your vacation this place delivered...

Nice small lake, the kayak launch is great but there's a lot of bigger boat traffic so it's not the most friendly for non-motorized boaters. I'd recommend kayaking during non peak hours to avoid the traffic. There is an entry fee and it's a county park so the state park pass won't get you anywhere here but it's a nice park with a lot of amenities so the small fee is worth it.

Great family park with a clean sandy beach. The park offers pinic tables, charcoal grills, pavilions, vault toilets, volleyball and a updated playground. Water has a sandy bottom with some small rocks that are soft on the feet. $6.00 for a day pass as of July 2025. We enjoyed are day at the Beach and recommend you to try this Isabella county park, you will not be disappointed.
