Unprofessional attitudes paired with inaccurate processes used towards the resolution of facts, yields this company a complete waste of existence and unacceptable to any type of customer services relations. If only i could give 0 stars instead of just the 1. Would not recommend. Ever.

They use an inaccurate free public government site. That litterally states it may be inaccurate for their background checks which is illegal to use as a background check. They are unprofessional, unhelpful, and the lady was outright rude when we tried to ask questions as to why we where denied. A background check should be done with a social security card to insure you are looking up the right person bacuse there is apparently more than 10 people in the state of south carolina with the same name as my father.
