Green Acres Mobile Home & RV Park

Before new manager got here, the old manager (Miles) (Who was a great manager) would plow the snow and ice to keep everyone safe. New manager has NOT helped at all in the safety of people who live in this Mobile Home Community!!! It's not always great to have a new Manager, certainly not in my opinion anyways!! Park owns a tractor but I guess maybe he doesn't know how to operate a tractor or maybe just doesn't want to!! And new management does Not inforce the speed limit, I'm afraid someones child might get ran over because people can't follow a simple "Drive slow children at play" speed limit sign!!!

i went to visit a friend there. my grandson got to play with the kids that live there. they had so much fun. the kids were great. its so nice to see a neighborhood that is actually a neighborhood.

You guys have to get rid of that maintenance guy named Miles. He comes on to patrans in park. He gets drunk and knocks down brick walls that was is petion, late at night. O and he does it when my boyfriend is not there. He had the best & cleanest place there with covered roof. You guys will honestly miss him!!

The Green Acres MHP is under new ownership and they are continuously cleaning up and working on the upkeep and updating this park. I drove over there in October or November 2022 and was really impressed with how clean the community was. New gravel roads have been put down and it was very clean. The Park lead has cleaned up this community very well.

I lived here for a close to a year. The people that run it are good people. It doesn't suffer from the gentrification of other locations inside and around the city. All of my neighbours were friendly, most everyone in the park will wave back. I never had any of my possessions messed with, and I cerntainly have never heard any gun shots. The ocational couples dispute, yes. I will absolutely return here.
