I stayed here for work 7 ish months I believe and the whole time my stay was very pleasant. My lot was clean when I arrived and getting into the spot was fairly easy. The roads are nice, there's a dog park, and a cool hangout spot. Washer and dryer house worked perfectly and there are plenty of them inside with tap to pay. The man running it is very accommodating and I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.
--- We had a great experience at this RV park. The area is clean, safe, and well-maintained—the owner clearly takes pride in keeping it that way. It’s a quiet location, perfect for families, with gated spots that make it extra secure for kids. Most sites include storage, which is a huge plus. The laundry room is spotless and convenient, and we loved that deliveries can come right to your lot. Highly recommend this park for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay!”
Ventura Luxury RV Community looks good on the surface but is run with poor management, selective rule enforcement, and underwhelming amenities that don’t match the high rent. The park manager, Dwayne, nitpicks over trivial things, like counting a golf cart as a “third vehicle”, while ignoring bigger issues. Rules seem to apply to some residents but not others, and his behavior at times feels targeted. On our very last day after a year of quiet residency, he even tried to block us from temporarily parking our trailer to pack up, making moving day unnecessarily harder. The property suffers from ongoing problems: field mice infestations, wind damage left unrepaired (including the playground), and storms that send debris into lots causing RV damage. Roads are rough gravel, which turns to mud when it rains, and the oversized gravel speed bumps can damage vehicles. The mail system is outdated and inconvenient, with no secure boxes for tenants to access their mail outside of office hours. Amenities are bare-bones for the price: a tiny gym, small dog park, unused putting green, and a basic fire pit area. There’s no pool, no true community space, and overly strict rules like banning portable jacuzzis, while rundown RVs remain on site. For the premium rates charged, this park delivers a frustrating and subpar living experience. Without new management and real upgrades, it’s far from the “luxury” it claims to be, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a fair, well-run RV community.
🚨 Someday this may be a luxury resort, but not right now! The gravel driveways are rough and not level, there are no laundry facilities or dog park. The water is super super soft. Communication with the owner is poor. This rv park is under heavy construction. Prices are high!! 🦺
Enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very kind . We we set to arrive after the time they closed and they were willing to wait for us to check us in. Upon arrival to our site and setting up, one of the breakers on the pedestal didnt work and they came out immediately . They fixed it on the spot and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay problem free. Not noisy at all very quiet. Will be staying here again in the near future.
