Attended a monthly meeting in their meeting room. The room works well for our monthly meetings and is conveniently located off of I-94, just west-northwest of the exit at Belleville Road. This is not a hotel room. It's a meeting room available at Wayne County Fairgrounds.
Nice accessibility to The Henry Ford. Quiet, Flat, EXCELLENT restroom/shower/ laundry facilities. Not too many sites with shade, but we highly recommend it. WI-FI is questionable. Great value.
Be advised that there is a laundry room, but you must buy a $10 card before you can pay for your laundry or download an app an create an account to pay. Very inconvenient for a one time stay, not worth the time or money. Also note most of the sites at the back have no fire ring.
We loved this RV park!! The sites are generously sized, great value. There has been a lot of rain so there were some mushy places. They mowed the lawn frequently. Neighbors were quiet and courteous. The bathrooms/shower rooms were clean, spacious, and numerous!! Fun to walk our dog around all the barns for bunnies and goats! We had a 50 amp FHU site. I fully recommend this RV campground!
We were here for one night of camping, this is a review of the campground area. Large grassy area with RVs all tucked in together, no privacy but it's not really meant to be a get-away vacation campground. I'm sure it's meant more for people who are attending the events held at the fairgrounds. We had 30-amp electric and water hookup. For as many campers that were here, on a Friday night, it was very quiet. There appeared to be a number of longer-term campers. The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful. This was a nice, convenient stop for one night on our way north. I'd stay here again. Cheaper than State Parks .
