A nice little campground off highway 29 - close enough to the highway, but far enough there is no highway noise. Also, its not all lit up with string lights on permanent sites; so you can actually see the stars.
We absolutely loved this campground! What a hidden gem! The owners Paul and Rachel were amazing, personable and kept everything nice and clean. The gift shop had so many fun handmade items including jewelry and clothing. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing and campfires. Our campsite number 7 was absolutely perfect and serene right on the dam. The sound of the rushing water was the best and it had a lot of space to explore. Our kids and Family loved it here and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quaint Family campground!
We stayed here for a long weekend. We loved the “intentionally small” aspect of this camp ground, it was small and quaint but still had things to do! The falls are beautiful. most camp sites seemed a little on the small side, but we stayed at site 27 which was a “remote site” and felt it was very spacious. Showers are nice and warm/clean, they are 50 cents for 5 minutes, which was a first for me, but it worked out fine! Bathrooms are nothing fancy but do the job. The grounds were well maintained, definitely would recommend if your looking for kid friendly, but “less frills” than some of the big very busy places. Note that this place is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, so plan accordingly. They have a camp store with basics and ice and snacks, beer was very expensive though so had to make a drive into town for beer. Will pack extra next time 😅
A hidden gem located just 45 minutes west of Green Bay. We’ve been searching for a new spot that was different from state or county campgrounds, yet not too commercialized, and found just that! From the minute we arrived we knew we had found our place. The campsites are spacious, and the entire property is well maintained. Paul and Rachel are friendly hosts who seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with their campers. We booked a couple more weekends for this season and are really looking forward to returning.
Tilleda Falls Campground is an amazing campground. It is small so they can take great care of all their quest. They have waterfront sites , site around a great playground , activity for the families every weekend, and great camp store / bar. The family that owns and operates the campground treats every guest with respect and they make sure you have everything you need and have an amazing time. Thanks Rachael & Paul you are amazing!
