I went camping at the Privacy Campground and it was a really nice time. You check in at the office when you arrive and the staff is really nice. The office sells wood and ice at a reasonable price. I rented the cabin with porch and it was perfect. Its small with a queen mattress, electrical outlet, and a light. The bed did creek when you move at night, but if you can get past that its a great mini cabin. The campgrounds had a bathroom with working paid shower (.25 cents/9min.), a wash sink for dishes, and trash area to toss out your garbage. Lastly they had a recreational area with tv, puzzles, games, air hockey table, table Tennis, and pool table. The pool table needs some work but a nice place to hang out with the kids.
This could be the best campground I have ever been. It is right in the middle of the forest. Unfortunately I was not really able to enjoy because I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning. It is great possibility that you can every tone of green. Only thing is there is no reception, camp numbers are not very clear at night.
Had a great experience camping here and would highly recommend Privacy Campground. The tent site was a good size with a nice table and fire pit. I used a 12’x12’ tent that may be the max size for the site. They have a bunch of great amenities to keep you entertained. Just a heads up, there is no service at the campground and the hiking trails are a bit overgrown with minimal signage, so bring a good map. We had a great time and hope to return
This place is beautiful. It is definitely a privacy campground, besides the people I came with I only seen two people. There's a little lake here and they have two little boats you can get on. I will definitely be back. You just have to come for yourself to experience this place!
This campground is beautiful! The land is well maintained, the bathrooms are clean, and the owners are great people. We enjoyed exploring the trails on the property. This place offers so much more then I was expecting. Truly a hidden gem and a great spot to connect with nature.
